Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 28 October 2026
PinCity ("we", "us") is a local community app for adults. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualised content involving minors. This page explains our standards and how we act on them.
Who can use PinCity
PinCity is only for people aged 18 and over. Everyone confirms they are 18 or older when they create a profile. Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are suspended.
What is strictly prohibited
- Any sexual or sexualised content involving a child or anyone who appears to be under 18, in photos, videos, text, listings or messages
- Grooming, sexual contact or attempts to meet a child for sexual purposes
- Sharing, requesting or trading CSAM, or links to it
- Sextortion, threats, or coercion involving a child
- Offers or requests for services involving a child
How we prevent and detect it
- Photos in posts and listings are checked automatically for unsafe content before they are shown to others, and text is checked against blocked words.
- Every post, listing and person can be reported with one tap inside the app. Users can also block anyone.
- Reports are reviewed by our team through an administrator panel.
How we act
- Content that breaks these standards is removed immediately.
- The account responsible is permanently suspended.
- We preserve the relevant information and report CSAM and child exploitation to the competent authorities in India, as the law requires, including through the Government of India's cyber crime reporting portal (cybercrime.gov.in), and cooperate with law enforcement.
Report a concern
- In the app: use the flag or Report option on the post, listing or profile.
- By email, any time: pincity2026@gmail.com
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police (112) or Childline (1098) right away.
