You can delete your PinCity account and data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

If you cannot open the app

Email pincity2026@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the email address you signed up with. We may ask you to confirm by replying from that email address. We complete deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photo, email, phone number record, posts, comments, listings, uploaded photos and videos, and messages you sent. Messages in other people's chats that you sent are removed too.

What may be kept

Payment records and reports needed for legal, tax or safety reasons, for the period the law requires. Backups roll off within 30 days.
