Refund Policy

Contact unlock fees are paid through Google Play and are processed by Google.

• If you were charged but the phone number did not unlock, the app unlocks it automatically once the payment is confirmed. If it still does not, write to pincity2026@gmail.com with the order id from your Play receipt and we will fix it or refund you.
• If the listing was removed for breaking the rules after you paid, write to us within 7 days for a refund.
• We cannot refund because the other person did not answer or the deal did not happen.
• You can also request a refund from Google Play under its own policy.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
