Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract in India. One account per email address.
Your content
You own what you post, and you give us a licence to host, show and distribute it inside the app so the service works. You are responsible for it. You promise it is legal, yours to share, and follows the Community Guidelines.
What is not allowed
Anything illegal or that promotes illegal activity, including drugs, weapons, gambling, adult or sexual content, stolen goods, fake documents, scams, hate or violence, harassment, impersonation and spam. We check posts automatically and by hand, and may refuse, hide or remove content and suspend accounts without notice.
Buying and selling
PinCity only connects people. We are not a party to any deal, do not hold money or goods, and do not check items, prices or people. Meet in public places, inspect before paying, and use your own judgement. Listings and conversations are between you and the other person.
Paid contact unlock
To see a listing owner's phone number you may pay a small fee (shown before you pay, through Google Play). The fee buys access to one contact; it does not guarantee a reply or a deal. See Refunds.
Intermediary status
We act as an intermediary under India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We remove unlawful content when we are properly notified or become aware of it.
Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account any time in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
No warranty and limits
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what users post or do, for deals between users, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Law and disputes
Indian law applies; courts at Gudiyattam, India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Contact: pincity2026@gmail.com.
